Turtle Back Zoo
WAIVER
All Ticket Holders acknowledge that by purchasing or by being provided tickets for Turtle Back Zoo Scavenger Hunt (TBZSH), they have fully read this agreement, executed this agreement voluntarily, and agree that this agreement is to be binding upon all Ticket Holder, all members of Ticket Holder’s party participating in the TBZSH and all Ticket Holder’s heirs, executors, administrators and representatives, TBZSH Organizers: Turtle Back Zoo, Zoological Society of New Jersey, Aramark.
Ticket Holder expressly grants Turtle Back Zoo Scavenger Hunt Organizers the non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to publish, print, display, record and use (by photograph, film, video, audio or any other method or device) Ticket Holder’s name, voice, image and likeness while at Turtle Back Zoo Scavenger Hunt, and to use such recordings for any purpose and in any medium now known or hereafter devised. Ticket Holder releases TBZSH Organizers from liability for any such uses, including claims for infringement of any privacy, publicity or other rights, and other claims of any kind.
Zoological Society of NJ reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Zoological Society of NJ may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Zoological Society of NJ including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian. A person participating in TBZSH who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact Zoological Society of NJ at 560 Northfield Avenue West Orange NJ 07052 or [email protected] in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. Zoological Society of NJ will use the photo for identification purposes and hold it in confidence. By participating in TBZSH or by failing to notify Zoological Society of NJ, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by Zoological Society of NJ, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Zoological Society of NJ from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
